-By ordering a NSFW piece, you confirm that you are over the age of 18.
-I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.Please describe your commission in detail, what characters you want, what franchise they are from, visual reference of them, what you want them doing, etc. If they are OCs, I need visual reference for them.
(If you do not have visual reference I can be commissioned to create some from written description and collaboration)Please let me know if there is a specific art style you'd like me to draw in. I can imitate a lot of styles but know my own art style will always show through a little.Payment
The payment must be done in full or split 50% upfront, 50% after completion but before final file is sent. It is up to you which payment method you'd like to use, I'm fine with either.
Payment is through PayPal invoice, Ko-Fi, or Tumblr. Price will include any site fees.Will draw

I receive written and visual references for commission, I send you a price quote. Once agreed on, I will send a paypal invoice, set up a digital purchase through ko-fi or request payment through cashapp. Please let me know which payment method you'd prefer.I will then send you updates on the commission at specific stop points. Ex. sketch, lineart, etc. you will need to tell me any changes you'd like done and once approved I move on to the next step.You need to do 99% of changes during the sketch phase, after that phase it becomes difficult to change anything. If anything is modified structurally, it may incur a fee.Commissions can take around 2 weeks to be completed depending if I have a queue. If you are the only commission I'm working on it can take as short as 2 days.The final piece(s) will be sent via e-mail.Permissions
Commissions are published unless it is an OC commission in which case I am okay with keeping it private. When publishing, I will ask if you'd like to stay anonymous or be @You can post the commission artwork wherever you would like, as long as you give proper credit.I retain all commercial license unless you purchase a license from me.You absolutely cannot use my art in AI or NFTRefunds
Refunds are based on progress level and commission type when refund is requested.
First phase: 75% refunded
Second phase: 50% refunded
Third phase: 25% refunded
Past the third phase or similar I no longer offer refunds.
Refunds do not include any exterior processing fees.
Phases are dependent on type of commission.If I get to the point where I have a waiting list, after 3 days of unpaid invoice, your slot will be forfeited if another person pays faster. This does not cancel your commission, it simply changes the order in which it is completed.I reserve the right to cancel a commission if at any point I decide that we can no longer work together, refunding 50% of the full payment.If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.Feel free to ask any other inquiry if not cleared in this section via Twitter or Discord DM or by email.You can find an in depth TOS here:
